What to Do If You Think Your Assessment is Wrong or You Have Questions

Three things you can do if you think your estimated operations assessment factors are wrong or if you have questions:

1. Attend the Preliminary Days of Review
   February 15 & 17
   Meet one-on-one with an engineer to discuss your operations assessment. No appointments are necessary and property owners may arrive any time during the session. Don't forget to bring your parcel ID number and any supporting photos or documentation related to your questions/dispute.
2. Submit a Dispute Form
   If you believe your estimated annual operations assessment benefit factors are incorrect, fill out the form on this page. Note that your estimated assessment will fluctuate until the assessment is finalized because changes to one parcel impact all parcels.
