SAD Map Live

The Four Lakes Special Assessment District map is live and updated with revised estimated operations assessment amounts. Please find your parcel and look at your assessment factors and estimated amount. 

Factor Disputes
If you believe the factors are incorrect, please attend one of the Preliminary Days of Review on April 19 or 20th to talk to an engineer in person. 

If you already submitted a dispute we ask for your patience as we continue to work through these. Someone will reach out to you over the coming weeks if they have not already. There is a new status field on the SAD map pop-up that will either state “pending” or “complete” if you have filed a dispute or talked to someone at one of the Preliminary Days of Review. It also indicates the date it was updated.

How to Use the Map

1. Click on this link: https://bit.ly/SAD-map.
2. Once the map opens, you'll see a white search bar. Type your parcel ID or last name.
3. Your property will appear. 
4. In the pop-up box that appears on top of your parcel, use the small scroll bar on the right edge of the pop-up box to scroll down and see the parcel's estimated annual operations assessment total.

Please note: Over the next few days as engineers make adjustments to the map, it may be inaccessible for short periods of time. If this happens please check back again later in the day.
