REVIEW OPERATIONS AND MAINTENANCE SPECIAL ASSESSMENT ROLL

The Four Lakes Task Force Board of Directors will hold a public hearing to review the Operations and Maintenance Assessment roll on June 29, 2022, at Meridian High School Auditorium, 3303 N. Meridian Rd., Sanford. The hearing will be from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 1 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. A board meeting will follow the hearing at 4:30 p.m.

The purpose of the hearing is to:

1. Review the computation of cost in connection with the 3-year cost and expenses for the administration, operations and maintenance of the lake levels. 
2. Review the 3-year operations and maintenance Special Assessment roll for 2022-2024.
3. Hear any objections to the computation of cost or the Special Assessment roll.
4. Review the estimated project costs and estimated computation of cost in connection with 2024-5 capital improvements.

How to object to the assessment: 

1. Appear at the hearing during the times listed above and make a public comment OR present a letter with your objection. You will need to include evidence of your assertion.
