Public meetings June 1 and 2

Information About Live Board Meeting on June 1
​The public board meeting June 1 at 5 p.m. on behalf of the Four Lakes Special Assessment District will be held at Meridian High School Auditorium, 3303 N. Meridian Rd., Sanford, MI 48657. 

• You must wear a mask - even if you've been vaccinated. This is the school's policy. Refusal to do so will prevent admittance into the meeting
• Parking: Lot in front of the auditorium entrance
• Time: Doors open at 4:30 p.m. Meeting begins at 5:00 p.m. Seating capacity is 300 people
• Public comment: Attendees will be invited to comment at a microphone one time after the business of the FLTF board is completed. They will be given 2 minutes. This is a comment period - we will not answer questions at this time. There will also be an option to write a question on a card which will be answered after the comment period if there is time. If there is no time, written questions will be answered at the June 2nd informational webinar and as part of the FAQs on the website
• Online version: We will stream the meeting online so if you previously registered for the webinar you can still join at that link
• Slides and recording: Both will be posted on the events page of our website following the meeting

June 2nd Informational Webinar/Q&A
On Wednesday, June 2nd, we will host an informational webinar where we'll share a condensed version of the information presented June 1. This webinar will have a one-hour question and answer period. Questions submitted on notecards during the June 1 meeting will also be answered during this time.
