NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Four Lakes Special Assessment District, Delegated Authority on Part 307 Legal Lake Level for the Counties of Midland and Gladwin, Michigan (the “District”), will hold a public hearing at 10:00 a.m., prevailing Eastern Time, at the Swanton Hall, located at 6460 N. Water Road, Edenville MI 48620 on the 23rd day of August, 2022.
Four Lakes Special Assessment District has applied for a grant from the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) for dam safety booms and installation. The meeting will provide information on dam safety booms and their installation. The meeting will be conducted by the Delegated Authority and will provide an opportunity for interested persons to express their views on the proposed plan for safety boom installation.
