On January 15th, we hosted the first of four Preliminary Days of Review. During the 7-hour period, 67 property owners met with Spicer engineers and FLTF board members to discuss their parcel benefit factors.
Property owners sat one-on-one with an engineer to ask questions, review their property on screen and discuss their assessment. Participants said they found the session helpful and were glad they attended. Please plan to join tonight's session (Feb. 17) if you have questions about your parcel(s). 1. It's possible there will be a wait to be seen. We will work as quickly as possible and we thank you in advance for your patience.
2. To expedite the process, please bring the parcel ID number for all parcels you want to discuss. If you're able to, fill out this card beforehand and bring it with you.
The Four Lakes Special Assessment District (SAD) map is an interactive map that shows property owners their estimated annual operations assessment. Below is a demonstration of the benefit factors.
As you can see in the below example, the colorful map layers (the transparent shapes) are not perfectly aligned with the actual parcel boundaries. This is nothing to be concerned about and is the result of the data and software program. Tip: If you click on your parcel in the map but don't see your estimated assessment amount, scroll down in the pop-up box.
